About this Resource
Grade 1 Mathematics/Number: demonstrate an understanding of counting by indicating that the last number said identifies “how many.” In this activity, the student rolls a die (1 to 6) and then drags that number of objects into a counting bin to match. This activity develops number concepts, one-to-one correspondence, counting and number recognition. Created by Kerrie Callioux.
