The Sets were created by Tania Johnston as part of a larger group of resources for educators in the Comprehensive Literacy for All Book Collection. This Book Collection includes learning activities for individuals developing early literacy skills, regardless of their age. Activities focus on reading, writing, alphabet knowledge and phonemic awareness to provide meaningful literacy experiences.
In the Planning Board labeled Darth Vader – Scary Things, individual students or the entire classroom can use this board to brainstorm and organize ideas for writing and support comprehension.
In the Connect Set labeled Darth Vader – Yes or No, students use Yes/No to answer what scares Darth Vader.
